Design Competition Announcement
Following approval of our Planning Proposal that was Gazetted in March ‘24, we undertook a Design Competition and are excited to announce the winner as Bates Smart. The design reflects its local Waterloo setting and responds to the local community feedback and requirements. We will now progress with documentation of a Development Application.
